SEASON ONE BAIT

next Sandra buys a laptop for the Space Needle. She tells Jason not to go out in public; not until the search for him is called off. Jason does some more research and comes across Dr. Miles Finnigan. He has researched the existence of vampires and believes that it is essentially a virus.
Lauren and her parents begin canceling all the wedding plans.
Tom, meanwhile, meets a witness who says he saw his brother follow a brunette into an abandoned building downtown. Tom shows up at the building. He takes some forensic evidence. Later, he discovers that the powder he found was actually human ashes. He also finds wooden stakes with what turns out to be blood stains.Sandra and Michael show up at a suspected werewolf den, but it has been cleared out. They find a bomb inside and barely get out alive. The werewolves will not gather again until the week of the next full moon. Michael is frustrated that the opportunity to take them all out has slipped through their fingers.
Tom is off duty, but he hears about the explosion over the police radio and decides to check it out. Tom shows up at the scene, but Sandra and Michael are long gone. He does find human bones.
The warehouse at the docks is now full of vampires. They walk in and out of the refrigerated area. Aaron looks at Jason's wallet and cell phone. He hands them to Kyle and Jackie and tells them the hunt is on and they have the perfect bait. They look at a picture of Jason and Lauren.
Lauren gets a phone call from Jason's phone. She is told to go to the docks, and not tell anyone, if she wants to see Jason. Lauren goes. The cop tailing her follows and reports to Tom, who is on his way.Lauren shows up at the docks. Tom joins the cop and they follow undetected. Lauren is jumped by a couple of vampires. Tom and the other cop show up. A fight breaks out and Lauren is knocked out and falls into the water. Tom dives in after her. The other cop is killed and the vampires flee.
Back at the Space Needle, Jason learns of the attack on the news. He wants to go to the hospital and see Lauren. Sandra tells him he can't. She warns him what would happen if the existence of vampires was made public. Jason tells them about Finnegan and says it may just be a matter of time before they are all cured.
In the end, we see Lauren lying in a hospital bed. Tom is by his side. Jason, dressed as a surgeon, walks past the room and peaks in through the window in the door.
